Robert Hollenshead Co Founder
Robert started his wholesale operation in 1972 in Philadelphia, PA. He is the largest independent wholesale car dealer in history, with annual revenues approaching $500,000,000.00. He has profound knowledge of the psychology of both sides of the business, wholesale and retail.
Robert has also been the founder, developed and operated numerous well known and successful software systems like Trade-in Marketplace (now Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer).

E J Shelby Director of Sales
EJ Shelby, is one of the country's leading experts in automotive compliance. EJ's background combines almost three decades of experience in both the retail automotive arena, compliance management and HR training systems.
EJ began his career in automotive retail in 1994 in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area. He started in sales and quickly advanced to Finance Manager and General Manager positions. In 2005, EJ joined ComplyNet, provider of best practice solutions for loss prevention, risk management and regulatory compliance. Since then, EJ has sold, designed, and implemented highly effective compliance management and training systems. With his unique prospective from both sides of the business he has, throughout his career, developed strong relationships with automotive managers and executives by solving compliance issues from the inside out. Over the past few years his concentration centered around online compliance trainings and HR systems, making a perfect segue to the AutomotoHR team.
EJ, who studied criminology at Indiana University, has been a frequent speaker on Environmental Health & Safety as well as Transactional compliance for Sales and F&l to state associations, such as CATA, MADA, ADAI.
